It uses a completely different method from conventional induction motors,
We have developed the groundbreaking compact, lightweight, high-efficiency AC synchronous motor “ECOSYNCHRO.”
At startup, it starts up rotation as a DC brushless motor,
This motor operates synchronously by directly connecting the AC power supply and the motor coil when synchronized rotation is reached.
For the starting circuit, hybridization enables miniaturization and cost reduction.
When comparing performance to a 50W output scenario, conventional induction motors have an efficiency of about 50%,
This motor achieves an extremely high efficiency of about 85%.
This motor is characterized by its compactness, lightweight, and high efficiency,
Perfect for long-term operation, including fan motors, pump-pumping motors, circulation pump motors, vacuum pump motors,
It also delivers excellent performance as a motor for general applications.
We hope this motor will be widely used around the world,
We aim to contribute to the conservation of the global environment through high energy-saving effects.

Key Features of ECOSYNCHRO
| small | We achieved about half the volume ratio of conventional induction motors. |
| Lightweight | It achieves approximately 35% weight compared to conventional induction motors. It can achieve over 40% energy savings compared to conventional induction motors. |
| High efficiency | When AC is used as the power source, it can achieve over 40% energy savings compared to DC brushless motors. |
| Parallel operation possible | With just one starting circuit, multiple motors can operate in parallel regardless of output or number of poles. For any one vehicle, it is possible to control further relative energy-saving and synchronized operation via low-speed PWM operation. |
| Flexible starter circuit | In systems that already have control circuits, significant cost reduction is possible by integrating the motor’s starting circuit with the existing control circuit. |
| Ultra-low fever | Compared to AC induction motors, the higher efficiency allows for significantly reduced motor heat generation. Compared to the 7.6W output motor, compared to the conventional induction motor with a 26°C increase, this motor significantly reduced heat generation by 1°C in temperature. |
Five Core Technologies
| Core Technology 1 | By using permanent magnet rotors, losses from the excitation current can be eliminated. |
| Core Technology 2 | Generally, motors using permanent magnets are considered most efficient for sine wave drive. In the case of this motor, since it uses commercial power supply, it is fully driven by sine waves. |
| Core Technology 3 | With 2-pole 2-slot and 4-pole 4-slot configurations, the coil cross-sectional area can be made simple rectangular structurally, maximizing the occupancy ratio. |
| Core Technology 4 | The power generation waveform of the motor alone is synchronized with the AC waveform of the power supply, minimizing power loss. |
| Core Technology 5 | Because the power factor is extremely close to 1, reactive power is almost nonexistent. |
Motor Structure

ECOSYNCHRO
This is a prototype main synchronous motor with an output of 10W for fan motors. The stator core is small, and the coil is simple. The rotor uses an outer rotor type using a ferrite magnet permanent magnet. During synchronous operation, the Hall elements only perform rotational monitoring.

Conventional Induction Motors
Traditional induction motors have large stator cores, which are heavier and heavier, and the core material costs are relatively expensive. Additionally, bundling winding coils is a complex task, resulting in a higher cost ratio.
